Good product overall
The backpack is what I wanted it's big enough for the giant binder the school makes my kid carry and has a separate laptop pocket. However the laptop pocket isn't padded so there's no protection also the jansport backpack is made out of recycled plastic so it feels like plastic instead of the old stuff idk if it will effect the product in any way.

Macy's To The Rescue
I originally tried to order the JanSport Big Student in the Leaping Lilies print on the JanSport website. They completely lost my order and I only found out after 3 calls to their customer service and then they finally refunded me but not after the product went out of stock. Enter Macy's to the rescue. You guys had it available, shipped it quickly, and it arrived just in time for the second day of school for my youngest daughter. She loves it and I am so pleased. We love the Big Student for all its pockets and the cute prints available. My daughter is now in the 5th grade and this is probably her 3rd or 4th Big Student....not because they aren't durable. All her others have lasted longer than the school year. Just because she wants a fresh new look each year. Thank you Macy's.
