Never received

I never received my speaker Macy's said the seller would get back to me with in 5 days it's going to be 7 days tomorrow & the seller still didn't reach out to me. It's not Macy's fault it's the seller.

Unimpressed Stereo Sound with Two

I bought another one of these and was fairly impressed with the sound quality and size of the speaker. I was enticed with the idea that you could pair two of them and get stereo sound, so I went ahead and ordered this one. The size of the room could add into some of the poorer stereo sound , not sure but thought I should add that in. I have them set about 20' apart in my 25' x 36'L garage, and I seem to lose some of the stereo effect. I haven't tried playing around with the JBL app on my phone to see if the equalizer will make any difference, but this was my initial thoughts, I was hoping to be blown away with my new speakers and can't say that I am.

Thanks for your feedback. Connecting two JBL Clip 5 speakers without the app will only allow for party mode, which produces mono sound. To activate stereo mode, please download the JBL Portable app, connect the first speaker, select "Create Stereo Mode," and then connect the second speaker.

Love the Personal Touches!

I haven’t given it to my daughter yet so not sure how it works, but I can’t get over how perfect it looks! She is going to love it! Thank you so much for making this possible. This personalization of the speaker is amazing!

Great speaker

I use it for golf and it’s perfect for that. I have a couple of JBL Bluetooth speakers and love all of them. I like how I can connect all of the together.

Improve bass, please

I really expected a better sound for the price, I had a charge 4, I think I will leave for the 5, I had bought this one just because it was more pocket-sized, to take it for a walk or something like that, I would not recommend it for its bad basses.

Thanks for your feedback. To address the bass sound, we suggest adjusting the EQ settings in the JBL Portable app. This may help you achieve your desired sound.

Great clip 5

I made this purchase a month ago and I am glad I did. This is made of great quality and the sound is awesome. I didn’t believe a unit this small could put out sound like that!

I like it, however I wish the bottom was flat so that you could also just sit it flat on the table
