Sound quality is good. Lacks some Bluetooth features. Battery life is dismal...sometimes I can get 1.5 hours but usually a bit over 1. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Go 2, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published specification, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
Won’t hold a charge
I almost never use it and it will not hold a charge. It’s practically brand new. It will only work when it’s plugged in. I’ve tried different cords and different outlets.

We're here to help with your JBL Go 2. If the unit shows charging but not turning on when unplugged, try to do a force power cycle by pressing the power button for 30 seconds while it is not connected to any power supply. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support so we can assist you.

Decent sound, bad microphone
Pretty good for listening to podcasts and even music (in bathroom for instance) On the other hand the microphone quality is horrible. Don't espect to be understood when doing phone calls .

Colourless
I purchased my JBL 2 a couple of months ago. Sound overall is pretty good for the size. When talking on the phone it tends to cut out. It's not a lot of fun telling someone hold on while I go to my phone's speaker instead. When listening to music via my Samsung Galaxy phone or tablet with it...No Complaints! I'm surprised of the sound for a small speaker. Glad I got it. Only wish I had a choice of colours instead of Black. Dullsville! Happy New Year 🍻🥳 Dave

Thanks for your inquiry. We recommend making sure that your JBL Go 2 and source device are within the Bluetooth range of 10M. Also, please don't stand too close to the Wi-Fi router and appliances like microwaves that can interfere with the connection. If the troubleshooting steps do not work, please do a factory reset by pressing both the volume + and Bluetooth buttons at the same time for 30 seconds. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
