Awesome pair of headphones
These have been an awesome purchase. Really great sound, and very comfortable and lightweight to wear even for long periods of time (such as when at my lap top for a long online course.) I love this option instead of just ear buds because sometimes I get tired of things inside my ears and these have a much better sound-cancelling effect. A fantastic deal for the price and would make a great gift!

Disappointing
Not an accomplished audiophile, just a return customer from a prior purchase of the 660NC live model that couldn’t justify the price point of those again. Repeated email contact about reviews has led to this. If a large component of the marketing (and features on the site) are ambient aware and talk-thru, which are impossible to access. A single button on the headset toggles noise cancelling (which is fine but not impressive). They are mildly uncomfortable as on-ear headphones but this was expected. Have had several bursts of incredibly loud static seemingly at random, not great when trying to listen to music in peace. My main concern is the lack of app support for this product, despite receiving multiple correspondences detailing how the app (which I have used before) is useful despite it being entirely useless for this model. Overall, rather dissatisfied with this purchase and will look elsewhere when these inevitably crackle and break despite my prior good experiences with the brand.

Bit disappointing
Rebought these as I lost my last pair and love them. Glitchy though. Sound drops out of the right side, low white noise, clicking loads. Bit disappointed. Only just bought.

planned obsolence
headphones were great untill one of the speaker wires snapped off tried to fix it but they've made a product that is very difficult to repair so now i have to buy new ones and put the broken pair in e waste. companies next pair of headphones won't be from jbl though, i'll find a company that has more durable products
