I want to return it

I bought it on the 19th of August. It’s over the 30 day policy of return. However I just began using it. The problems is that it falls over frontwards. I don’t know if it’s damaged or it was built like that but it’s not usable. Everywhere I take it, it falls. It’s embarrassing. Please Macy’s. Take it back!!!

Nice Lap Top Brief Case

This is a very nice lightweight laptop brief case. I will not utilize it to pack clothes only business file cases. I have not used it yet. I was concerned about the handle because of a previous post. However the handle appears to be sturdy enough for my needs.

I looked for the perfect "under the seat" computer bag and this was it!

Taller than expected

The bag is roomier than I thought. It is taller however, and does not fit in the new overhead compartments. The flight attendant shoved it in to get it to fit upright and I had trouble getting it out. Would be nice if the clothing compartment had a zipper compartment for small items.

The rolling case flips forward; therefore, I'm returning it. I could be packing too much, but I need to transport the documents. There are no issues with the quality.
