Watch glass came broken

I received today my watch and I was so happy.The watch its beautiful for the price but when I try on I saw the top like a scratch and thought the plastic seal that sometimes cover the glass to protect but unfortunately was broken.I sent right away the email to Macy’s to see if they exchange it.Hopefully YES

It is such a pretty watch and bracelets look so beautiful together, but after wearing only 1 time the strap keeps falling. I think there is the problem with its strap. Sadly I’ll return it !
