A total dissappointment

Horrible. I only used them once and they completely tore inside. All three were beyond repair. I've contacted customer service and I gave them everything they asked for, but they don't even answer my messages out of courtesy. A total disappointment. I reported them to the consumer protection department.

Wheel broke off during first travel since purchase

Started my out of state travel season last week and wheel on largest piece unfortunately broke off before getting home. There is no way to repair so I’m bummed as this was an expensive set, used just once since purchase. Was excited for the beautiful, bold, stylish set but largest one didn’t even hold up in travel.

Dissapointed

Bought this set at the end of August and am using it for the first time in November. One flight, the zipper is already broken, and the window for return has already passed. The set is really beautiful but zipper is too fragile.

Broken before used!

When the set arrived the bottom of box was damaged and when opened the bottom of the largest piece was broken. Just not sure if I want luggage that can’t withstand the delivery.
