Damaged luggage

The larger suitcase is damaged and it looks like some of the color is scrapped off. I called spoke with Lance today at 6:38 who said my only option is to return the entire set and I’ll have to wait again for another set to get delivered when this order was already on delay and came late. I will most likely be just returning the entire set.

The color is all the way off

I ordered the Rose Gold because about 7 years ago I purchased the rose gold JS set and loved it. The wheels all need replacing so instead I ordered this set. I am very disappointed in the color and the texture of the new set. It is more of a mauve pink and not rose gold at all. The picture shows the difference between the original and true rose gold and the new fake rose gold aka mauve set. I am unsure right now if I'll keep it or not...still debating.
