NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM

I ordered this and did not receive it for weeks. I called Macy's and asked them to check on the shipment. The rep said that they would declare it "lost in shipment" and send another one. It was a gift to a friend in another state for her birthday. A week later, I received an email that said Macy's had refunded my money. I called and said that I did not want a refund. The rep I spoke with said they had them in stock. Turns out, they did not have any. The story has a good ending because I ordered it for less cost from another company. Not sure I will buy anything from Macy's again.
