Worst Customer Service Ever

I ordered these lamps on 04/24 and the shipping label was created on 04/25. I called Macys customer service when I saw that the UPS status had not changed. They told me it would be delivered on 04/29. I called a 2nd time when it didn’t come and was told it would be delivered on 04/30. I called a 3rd time and was told it would be delivered on 05/07. I just called a 4th time and was told I will get a confirmation of a new shipment on 05//10. I no longer have any faith in them and I’m quite sure I won’t receive anything from them. I would not recommend Macys due to their horrible customer service

Beautiful lamp that gives off great lighting

beautiful and well made lamp. Bought 2 for guest bedroom. Love the light from these lamps.
