Wrong item sent

I don't know if I would have liked the shirt as Macy's sent me the completely wrong order. It was a totally different shirt with the incorrect bar code on the tag. I returned it to the store, and was NOT refunded for the shipping cost, even though it was clearly a mistake by Macy's. I will have to call and bicker with Macy's to get the shipping cost refunded. In the meantime, I found another shirt at another store that works perfectly. I don't order from Macy's often, and this is the only time this has happened.
