AWESOME
We love it, all glass, easy to make tea, normal size, not too big-not too small, very comfortable to make a healthy tea.

Response from Macy's
Hi, we’re really sorry your tea kettle arrived incomplete—that’s understandably disappointing. Please continue working with Macy’s for the return, and if you need any help from our side, feel free to reach out to info@joyjolt.com.
Teapot
The teapot is a little smaller than i expected but it works get and I love it. It’s not as fragile as it appears thank goodness because I’m clumsy and would have broken it if it was.

Good but not always the most practical
I like that I can use this teapot for loose tea or a tea bag. It is very slow to filter the water down from pouring in to the bottom of the pot though so I kept having to add more water to it slowly. Some of the tea I was using also got through the holes but it might’ve been too ground up and should’ve been in a tea bag so might not be issue with different types of tea. Overall good product though and I will continue to use.

Simple and durable
I really love this teapot. It’s super durable—I’ve been using it every day and it still looks brand new. The design is really simple, which I like because it goes with everything and doesn’t feel overcomplicated. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and just feels solid. If you want something sturdy and straightforward, this is a great pick.

Beautiful and functional!
I LOVE this fluted glass teapot, we made chai tea in it and it tasted so lovely and it was such an easy process! Not to mention how aesthetically pleasing it is!

Love it!
What a great gift! I bought only the kettle to share my habit of drinking loose leaf tea through the day. I wish I had bought the set with two cups. It works on an electric stove.
