Wrong item received 2nd time

AGAIN...love this perfume...but after a long message & phone calls with customer service, they assured me I would receive the ROLLER-BALL. Check the SKU numbers Macy's! Second shipment was the SPRAY, NOT THE ROLLER-BALL. As several ratings said the same thing!!

Disappointed

For the second time in a row, I ordered the rollerball and received the spray. Love the perfume but cannot use the spray with my disabilities.

Fooled

This is the second time I have ordered the roll on Juicy perfume and instead was sent the spray bottle. So disappointed!!!! I expect to get what I paid for. Never again.

Wrong item delivered

I ordered a rollerball, which is what is on the website and a spray bottle was delivered. Still love the scent but I specifically wanted the rollerball and was delivered the spray bottle instead. Macy’s needs to clean up their website of inaccuracies.
