These flip flops are very flimsy. I wore them around my house for a short while, and I slid off a stress mat I stand on to was dishes. Yes they are soooooo cute, but they didn't give enough thought into making the foot bed sturdier. I'm 5'3" & 117 lbs Namaste, Yoga Kat
