Paint was chipping

This soap dish chopped after using for a year. I noticed flakes in my soap and discovered it was from the dish. I don’t think a soap dish should flake as it is expected to be moist for the most part.

Quality control could be improved

Long lead time for delivery of two soap dishes. Both arrived well wrapped, but one had a few scratches on the dish. Soap will be sitting on it, and it took a long time to arrive, so I didn't return it. They are black matte finish and perfectly match Kohler black matte bath fixtures.

Bad

Every time I clean it the black paint comes off. The paint has very poor adhesion. Not worth the money. The white version seems OK.

The perfect matte black soap dish!
