Poor Customer Service

I ordered this bed frame and was delivered promptly. When I was assembling the bed there was missing slats and one section of the bed frame. I immediately called Macy's furniture and mattress department and explained what the issue was. I indicated I wanted a refund, the CRS stated UPS will pick up the box. She also stated I would be notified by UPS when they would be at my home to pick up the box. I was not notified by UPS, fortunately I had just finished putting the pieces in the box. UPS pick up the box and it was returned to Macy's 2 days. It's been 2 weeks and no credit has hit my credit card, I called Macy's twice and I was told it's an outside vendor and can take a few weeks. Not my problem it's an outside vendor, Macy's collected the money and Macy's should refund the money. Also, Macy is charging me a delivery fee to return the box, which shouldn't be, because the bed was missing pieces. Stay away!
