Unable to return item, past the return date.

Bought this bag as a diaper bag for my daughter who was due to have a baby mid may. I shipped it directly to her for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately she didn’t check the bag until just before giving birth. Upon inspection the zipper pull was broken off and was in an inside pocket in the bag. This is upsetting especially because some how a broken product was shipped and now it is past the time that I can return it. I paid full price for the item because of all the positive reviews. Not very happy about the broken zipper pull on the bag. Other then that the quality of the bag is excellent.

functional at a great price!

Was not expecting such a great bag for the price! Love how it is both a tote and a backpack! But even better is the cool color that both myself and my wife genuinely really like! Just the right amount of pockets. Could use a sleeve for me to store an umbrella, but that is really not critical. Overall, a great bag That is hard to beat!

Defective!!

Upset that one of straps is sewed backwards! I was showing off my gift to one of my sisters when we noticed the twisted strap.then realized it was defective. Now I have one day to find a new gift that’s on her list.

Best Backpack Diaper Bag

I love getting to use my new bag! It holds all my little princess' necessities and then some. I am definitely a backpack girl but do like that I can just tuck the backpack straps in and throw it over my shoulder. All the pockets are great too! Fantastic deal!!

Doesn’t look like a diaper bag

This bag is great and doesn’t look like a diaper bag, fits everything I need and the backpack straps that can come apart to make it a tote it’s cool
