Not what I expected

I was super excited to get this baby bed but when it arrived, the packaging was atrocious! The box it came in was ripped in multiple areas exposing some of the bed frame. On top of the awful packaging, it started raining shortly after it was delivered. Thankfully we rushed outside to drag it inside (it’s kind of heavy). I took pictures of all of this! We had been waiting a while for it to ship and needed this bed immediately because our daughter was getting too big for her bassinet. So we decided to keep it and started putting it together. There are numerous scratches and small dents on the wood, possibly from the shipping fiasco..? All in all, I’m thinking of possibly disassembling this thing and sending it back! I’m not happy with this product at all! Do not recommend purchasing this or even using Macy’s! Would give zero stars if I could!
