Absolutely love this bag. I kept watch on this until it went on sale for Cyber Monday. Merry Christmas to me. Not too big or too small for a petite woman. I need the width in handbags to be no less than 4 inches to be able to hold my design eyeglass case, wide wallet, phone and a few other items.

If you ever wanted a purse that gave your outfit the finishing touches or the extra razzle dazzle or the pop of color that says, "Look at me, I have arrived in style"...then the Karl Lagerfeld Paris Nouvelle Medium Gifting Satchel in Crimson is what you need in your life. It's a sturdy and fashionable purse that takes any outfit to the next level. There are enough compartments to hold what you need. A main compartment with a zipper closure is exquisitely lined and has a little privacy pocket with the Karl Lagerfeld patch sewn in. Two magnetic snap closure compartments are on either side of the main and offer more storage room. The back side of the purse has another smaller magnetic snap closure pocket to fit even more. The handles are comfortable, and there is an adjustable shoulder strap. On the front of the purse, there is a detachable purse charm/keychain with the letters spelling KARL..making for a fun purse charm or a stylish keychain. It is a well-made purse, using stitching instead of relying on glue...I've found that the stitching means it will last longer. With proper care, avoiding chemicals and wetness, etc, this purse is sure to last. I did notice a couple of wayward stitches, and the holes on the adjustable straps are not all punched through. But I appreciate the use of sewing, and the purse seems easy to maintain. Overall, this is a splurge of a purse that is worth it for the lasting style, and the confidence boost it can bring to any outfit.
