Packaging was disappointing

Bag was beautiful. Just too small when fastened closed for my needs. Packaging was very disappointing. It was placed in a thin plastic bag with no other protection but one flimsy crumbled up paper inside a box. Suede can be easily damaged and I would expect for the price that it would be bubble wrapped or somehow protected better than it was.

nice bag - but 2 tone

I returned this bag because I did not think the leather and suede matched. The handle had a burgundy hue to me and I just wanted a plain, dark brown bag. It is a nice size and good quality - just not what I was hoping for.
