No Clue which attachment is for acne or age spots

I can assume, being that I had the previous model, that the attachment that’s on the device is for hair removal. However, the other two attachments for age pots and acne are not labeled. There’s nothing on the KENZZI website, nor anything on YouTube for this model. I’ve emailed Kenzie twice and have not received a response other than acknowledgement of my email. I have no clue as to which of the attachments is for acne, and which of the attachments is for age spots. This makes the item problematic. Another detractor is that this updated version came with no packaging that could also serve as a storage case. It was shipped in a small little box, not padding and little plastic sacs that the acne and age spot lenses were shipped in to prevent scratching.

Worth every penny

If im being honest i was a bit worried when i purchased this, but now looking back im sooooo happy! Got good results and no skin issues after the laser. No rashes, and smells good.

Skeptic

I was totally a skeptic when I ordered this. However I’ve stuck it out for the Wholesale of weeks I think I might need one or two more weeks but I also have very thick black hair prior to this device. I am beyond happy with the ease the comfort and the fact it completely works. It is worth every penny. Highly recommended. I hope mine last forever so I can get the rest of my hair off my body. LOL

Absolutely love it!!

Overall I saw a huge difference on my thinner hairs within 3-4 weeks. I’m on week 6! Thicker hairs I’m pretty hopeful they too will dissapear! :) Only down fall. My handset stopped working :(. I’m hoping the company will assist me in getting a new one or this one fixed.

Awesome!

I actually love this! I’m Hispanic so my hairs are very dark and everywhere. I started using it in my bikini area, underarms and upper lip. It’s only been 4 treatments and already my upper lips Hairs are 98% gone! My bikini area (which has only been treated twice) is thinning out, and my underarm (4 treatments) has thinned out and also has hairless spots. I’m pretty impressed by this, and the convenience is great.
