Great easel

My 6 yo loves playing with her easel. It is very cute and so sturdy. Also, so easy to assemble. I definitely recommend this product.

Bad Customer Service

I called Macy's to ensure my order was delivered to the correct address and the representative completely failed and my order was delivered to the wrong address. When I couldn't collect my order from the wrong address, Macy's didn't offer a refund. I expect better and hesitate to shop Macy's online in the future.
