Love It.
We've been putting it through it's paces. Doing a lot more home cooking and the mixer is an integral part. Looking forward in purchasing the attachments to grind meat and make fresh pasta. It's been a great purchase.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought as replacement and ended up returning. I am not certain if it was a one off mechanical issue or just that the machine lacked appropriate power. There was an odd motor noise and the head kept clunking even with small and light loads. I don’t want to say it’s a poor product as it could have just been a defect. I have purchased these products in the past with no issue. I did return and purchase the 5qrt and have had no concerns with the upgraded model.

Great investment!
I received this a month ago and have not only been baking more, I’ve been cooking more at home since I found out I can shred my cooked chicken be mix up salads in here!

Kinda disappointed
The mixer looked good but Since I bought it in November I didn't get a chance to use it till last week I try to make a donuts dough and find out the mixer was making a weird noise like it try to lift and shaking so my mother in law told me that the paddle was hit the bowl and nothing i can do to fix it and it been over a month since I bought im not if I can return or exchange.?

Sooo beautiful
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. She requested a white stand mixer and I did not find it anywhere else but here. Plus I got a discount and their price beat every where else. This is my second purchase.
