Poor instructions
It seems like a good product, but I cannot find recipes and simple to use instructions. I have only tried it once and was very disappointed, so it hasn’t been out of the box since.

Great attachment
I love, love, love my kitchen aid and pasta roller. So much so that I had to have the pasta press. I have only used it once so I’m sure since fine tuning will come with experience however I found there was a decent amount of pasta stuck b in the chute when I thought it had all been extruded. Also the penne looked amazing but was a little thick for my liking. I will try to boil it a bit longer next time.

I bought this as a gift to myself and have been trying a new pasta shape every week - so far the Bucatini has been the favourite! Look forward to trying the other shapes in the coming weeks.

Love making macaroni with this
Used the recipe in the instruction leaflet and with a bit of trial and error got some really good looking and delicious tasting pasta without too much effort. Delighted with our purchase.

Great Purchase
I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter Attachment then I brought Gourmet Pasta Press attachemts. I had never made pasta before so tried making the Pasta for the Fettucine Carbonara. It turned out perfect and my husband said it was the best Pasta he had tasted and he is Italian so that is a great compliment. I used the Pasta attachment to make some Cannoli Pastry as well and why my husband tried them he thought I had brought them. I was so glad I brought the 3-Piece Pasta Roller and Cutter that I have now purchased the Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment. I really love all the Kitchenaid attachments and accessories I plan to purchase all of them.

Fun for the whole family!
I bought this a month ago and my kids and I have had great fun making all the different types of pasta already! Easy to use and we still love watching the pasta shapes come out A bit fiddly to clean the wee disks that make the pasta shapes and haven’t figured out if it’s possible to use the whole mount of pasta dough (a small amount is left in the auger each time, a tablespoon size at most so doesn’t worry us) but worth it!
