A thoughtfully designed useful tool
I absolutely love the KitchenAid sifter + scale attachment. It is one of those accessories that is genuinely clever, practical, and a pleasure to use. The integrated scale and automatic sifting make baking far more streamlined and accurate, and it takes the guesswork out of measuring dry ingredients. It feels well designed, intuitive, and very much in keeping with the quality you expect from KitchenAid. It is surprisingly handy and quickly became a go-to attachment in our kitchen. Sifter and scales
Love it. Makes baking so much easier. Sifting the icing sugar for the fondant to cover my Xmas cakes was a breeze using this attachment. Highly recommend

Nice design but no instructions
No instructions in the box. It is not clear what things are machine washable, how exactly to disassemble and reassemble the parts, or intended uses and included features. Usually at least when a product has you go to a website for more information it is at least there but not only is none of this information included in the box but it does not exist digitally either. Very irritating to have to hunt for a manual for a premium product you purchased. Apart from this issue the parts are quality and the ability to disassemble and wash them is very handy. Just wish I didn't have to figure it out for myself!

sifter and scale
i bought this and pundnit hard to attach, when i thought it was attcahed it wasnt and flour went everywhere. i have to get my husband to attach it and even then it doesnt look particularly safe, doubt i will use it very much if at all and feel its a waster of money

Saves time on sifting
I brought the sifter to save time and mess, now we just install the Sifter attachment and pour the flour or icing sugar and it measures and sifts without you manually doing it.

Does the job
This attachment works as it should but the scale is a bit confusing. It doesn’t do cups which, annoyingly a lot of recipes use.
