Good frame but poor customer service

We had previously purchased this bed frame somewhere else but couldn't find it any place other than on the Macy's website. It was not shipped promptly and when it finally shipped, it went to a warehouse near our home and it sat there for almost a week before it was delivered by UPS. We used Macy's customer service number for furniture, but we were told they weren't allowed to call the warehouse where it was sitting. Don't order this unless you can wait 2 weeks to get it.

Macys customer service is horrible

beware that they consider this furniture and is a pure hassle to return, including a restocking fee, charges shipping, and need to be home for a third party company to return this item when they shipped it by UPS.. Macy s is just horrible

Does not fit a full size headboard at all, width or height wise. Waste of time to buy and really annoying to have to return.

Worth the price!

This frame is way better than the old Harvard bed frame designs. Well worth the extra money. It’s really easy to assemble and it’s really sturdy. Much sturdier than a Harvard frame. No sharp edges and provides a confident frame and use.

Easy Peasy

I bought this bed frame for my son’s apartment. He and his friends put it together in minutes—no screws or tools required. SO easy and sturdy. And it also looks much nicer than the standard metal bed frame. We are very happy with this purchase.
