Poor Quality & Zero Support – Avoid! I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dress was very expensive, but the material is cheap and low quality, and it even arrived with a hole in it. To make matters worse, the seller’s customer service is completely unresponsive — their phone number doesn’t work, and emails go unanswered. I tried to get help through Macy’s, only to find out they don’t take any responsibility for third-party sellers. They simply tell customers to deal with the seller directly, which is impossible when the seller doesn’t respond. I expected better from both the seller and Macy’s. I would not recommend buying anything from this seller, and I’ll think twice before ordering from Macy’s again if they continue to allow this kind of experience on their platform.
