signature fragarance

This has been my signature fragrance since it was first introduced. It is subtle but lasts all day and I wear it daily. Friends and family alike always complement me after a close embrace saying " you smell wonderful" . I hope this will continue to be available for many years. Chemical Smell - no customer service to return.

This small bottle does NOT smell like the large bottle and has a very unhealthy chemical smell, it is unusable. I bought it on vacation, and I am over 1.5 hrs. to a Macy's store, called customer service, they could do nothing for me, no refund, no credit - I offered to send a photo of the item destroyed and in the trash, no avail.. Mail it in, no way to do that. Please hire people in the US who can speak English to help customers please, this is a nightmare. I'm stuck with this and won't be near a brick and mortar Macy's for several months.

Divine scent

Idôle is divine! The longevity is days, when sprayed appropriately, the fragrance is top tier for me, they really went above and beyond. It’s not crazy intense, in fact it has a slight edge. A beautiful edge I might add, I am a first time buyer; I will absolutely expand in the fragrance’s. Lancôme has won me over with this perfume alone!!
