poor craftmanship

Sorry, but the stone fell out of the setting as soon as I opened the box. Took it to a jeweler friend, he said the setting was too small for the jewel. I trust his word, so we took it back to Macy's store and exchanged it for a similar pair of earrings.

Don’t buy under any circumstances!!!!

Broke the first day our grown daughter wore them. I just found the missing one so I could take them back and the return window closed by one day! It was snowing and I couldn’t go in to take them back. Anyway! Trash! Complete trash! Cheap made and the emeralds fall out! Her bracelet broke the same day too. Don’t buy macys jewelry’

Loose Backings

I bought this exact pair of earrings a year or so ago. Had issues with the backings from the start. Lost one backing, but luckily not the earring. Replaced the backing on that earring and had the original backing on the other. Well… the one with the original backing ending up getting lost because the backings are so loose and awful. Ironically, I still have the one that I had put a different backing on (because it was secure). Bought the earrings again because they are beautiful and I feel they’re a good price. However, I will be replacing the backings! Which I should not have to do.
