Horrible

Order was not picked up on Sunday, January 18, as I have been home all day and have not left my house to go pick up order. It’s really such terrible service that Macys is giving lately. It’s really sad as Macys has been a store that I have loved for many years. Horrible to get an email that I picked up an order today when I haven’t been to the store today.

Do not hold up

Towels seemed nice but already fraying after 3-4 washes. I only wash towels together in a separate load. Disappointed with this.
