Soft towels

Gorgeous towels in the aloe color. Be aware that the first time you wash them they will produce a lot of fluff so be conscious of what you wash them with. I got them at a great price!

Disappointing

This year I was excited to buy new sheets and towels, with Macy's being my 'go-to' choice, as it has been for over 30 years. Imagine, then, my disappointment when, after hanging up the new towel to dry after the very first use, I discovered the hem to be frayed on both sides. I've bought towels from Macy's in the past that didn't do this after 8 years of constant use and laundering!

Horrible

Order was not picked up on Sunday, January 18, as I have been home all day and have not left my house to go pick up order. It’s really such terrible service that Macys is giving lately. It’s really sad as Macys has been a store that I have loved for many years. Horrible to get an email that I picked up an order today when I haven’t been to the store today.
