Sent with the security tag

I purchased this T-shirt online for a gift and Macy’s sent it with the security tag. Really disappointed!! I shop Macy’s online bcz it’s convenient for me and I don’t have much time to shop in store. This is the second time Macy’s sent me clothes with the security tag attached.. Now I have to wait for replacement but they can’t guarantee if I can get it before Xmas.

Lacoste classic fit short sleeve polo shirt.

Beautiful shirt and fits perfectly. The color I ordered is port but the actual color I received is brown. I expected a burgundy color.

How does this store survive

I ordered an XL Lacoste classic polo in the color called Lapland, essentially a cream color. Did I get it? No! Instead, that splendid customer service department sent me a large bright red polyester Lacoste. When I went to return it at Pentagon City, the manager who executed the return copped an attitude.
