Absolutely No firmness

This pillow is so soft and flexible that I can make shapes out of it. It's as far from firm as you can get. My head completely sinks in and that causes neck pain.

I ordered Lauren Ralph Lauren Down-like dream in SOFT . The pillow I got is not soft. I can't write about the exact on I ordered because there is no number related to the exact pillow I ordered or got. No paperwork. Only order number. SOFT did not come soft.

Not firm at all

If this is firm, what is soft?? The pillow is light and not dense, also very soft. As soon as I rest my head on it, that section of the pillow would immediately sink all the way and my head would touch the bed. Very disappointed. Don’t let the name and the embroidery on the casing fool you, this is not a quality product.
