Beautiful, but problem with the pillow shams

The comforter is lovely, but the pillow shams are impossible to work with the opening to put an insert in is only approximately 5 to 6 inches long. Impossible to get a pillow in it.

Not worth the price

I bought this set because it look great in the internet. It is beautiful also in person. It is just poor quality. I am used to better quality from RL. This let me down.

Delivery complaint, Macy’s should be ashamed

The delivery person tossed the package toward our door from about 2–3 feet away without approaching the door or ringing the bell. We only heard the sound of something hitting the door, and it could have caused damage. I have video evidence and can share it if you provide an email address or at the social media. This is unacceptable conduct. Is this the standard for Macy’s deliveries? We expect an apology, and I will be returning the product and suspending my Macy’s membership.
