Delivery complaint, Macy’s should be ashamed

The delivery person tossed the package toward our door from about 2–3 feet away without approaching the door or ringing the bell. We only heard the sound of something hitting the door, and it could have caused damage. I have video evidence and can share it if you provide an email address or at the social media. This is unacceptable conduct. Is this the standard for Macy’s deliveries? We expect an apology, and I will be returning the product and suspending my Macy’s membership.

Highly recommend!!

I love my Ralph Lauren comforters, I have been buying them for years. I waited for just the right floral print to come along and this was it. And it came with 2 beautiful pillow shams and it just completes the look so well. They last for years and become more soft and cozy over time.
