Nice, Soft Towels Shed on Initial Cleaning

Towels (2sets, bath, hand, face) are very soft and plush on initial inspection. After detagging, washing the towels and drying them resulted in error on dryer due to large amount of fine fibers shed and collected on lint filter. Completely covered filter. Hopefully this was a first wash phenomenon only. Otherwise, very nice soft towels.

Show some compassion

I returned a package and ordered a new one. Customer service asked for I.D. I gave her my Driver's License. I realized a week later my Driver's License was missing. I stopped by Macy's and my Driver's License was in the Lost & Found. I thought it would of been nice if they tried to call me. Or maybe drop it in the mail. A Driver's License is an important card. I had to drive in from Hudson into Westfield Countryside to pick it up.
