Real disappointment
I ordered these in the brown. They look cheap! I put them on and they make my whole leg look crooked. I expected high quality leather from Ralph Lauren, not a shiny, wrinkled look.
Beautiful, quality boot.
Beautiful, quality boot for a good price. Smooth leather is prettier in person. Fit is true to size. The 2” heel is just right. Shaft is just under the knee even though I am shorter (5’2”). Very pleased with purchase.

So Stylish and Classic!
These boots are beautifully made with soft & high-quality leather. The calf area does run narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone with wider calves. A classic and versatile boot that elevates any outfit, perfect for fall and winter.

Not a good fit for me
The Ralph Lauren Charley boots did not work out for me. The leather is not as lux as I expected. And although I don't think that my calves are wide, I could not zip up the standard size Charley all the way without pinching my skin. I bought two sizes: my regular size 8, and an 8 1/2. Neither size zipped up all the way. I'm returning them both.
Gorgeous boots!
I combed the internet looking for classic black boots with a walkable heel and no hardware, and these are it! They're stunning, comfortable for a full day of commuting in the city, and have a classic toe that is halfway between pointed and round, so hopefully it will be trend proof for years. Runs tts.

Comfortable. Great Quality Product
Great quality excellent product. True to size. I did go half a size larger for thicker socks in the winter. I have wide calves so cannot zip up all the way. Not sure if I will return and wear with specific items only that will cover the small area that doesn’t zip. I am 5’8” stops just before my knees.

Ralph Lauren Charly Tall Boots
I'm loving the style and comfort of these tall women's boots. They're perfect for casual wear and pair surprisingly well with fall/winter dresses. The quality is great, but I was a bit disappointed to find some scratches on the leather when they arrived. I considered exchanging them, but the leather is so soft and gentle, I wasn't sure what I'd get in return. Hopefully, the scratches will fade from polishing.
