Very cute but snags really easily

snags on my jewelry! I wore to the office Xmas party and it snagged on my gold cuff 5 times.

Ralph Lauren sweater

The sweater itself is beautiful . Not too thin and not too thick -very nice for the holidays . The service I received taints the experience however. Who ever prepared the shipping of my sweater did not remove the plastic security tag. I reached out to customer service in a chat and was told sorry-need to go back to the store for removal. I recently had knee surgery and this is not an option for me. Disappointing - people in your jobs please know your actions do affect customers.

Missed the mark

I have been wearing RL for a long time and have never been disappointed. I got this sweater for the holidays but am returning, sadly. The sweater sleeves were long, like to the middle of my fingers and the body barely came to my waist. My husband said it was like a crop top. It was not proportionate. I am 5’4 and ordered the regular small.

LRL Gold Sweater

This sweater fits true to size. It is a flattering length. I am 5'3" and appreciate that this is not too long on me. I like the different patterns used in the design of this sweater and that Lauren's designs carry from one year to the next and are not a one season item.
