Great for small dishes

solid dutch oven

This is great for 1-2 people. It's for small stews, or to roast small things like a small amount of potatoes. Definitely recommend a bigger dutch oven if you're feeding more people. I also wish it was wider, so there is more surface area to cook but can't complain , especially with the sale going on.

Best Investment Choice

This is my Le Creuset and I am in love! It is perfect for making soups, stews, curries, etc.! It does not require high heat as the entire dutch oven will heat evenly using medium heat setting. Also, I do not have any sticking issues as long as I stir frequently. Thus far, 2.75qt has been the perfect size to cook for a family of 2 and I cannot wait to buy more sets!!
