Super Starter - or Regular - Set

Although I have always been a hard Le Creuset fan, I was worried about the stainless steel pans and whether they'd be too heavy. For ceramic bakeware and other things, the heaviness is great - for everyday cooking, that can be tough. After some research, I decided on the 5-piece Essential set and I am DELIGHTED with it. The pans are perfect - very versatile, they cook evenly, and - best of all - they're light! I used these to replace my 10-year old Calphalon set and I don't think I'm going to another brand ever again. In fact, since I purchased them, I got rid of other pans - these are an essential set that can be used to cook anything everyday!
