Do NOT buy

This has never been shipped over 11 days after I purchasing the item. I contacted Macy’s and they said they cannot cancel it (online chat), so then I called a real person and they assured me they would cancel it and said I’d receive the email within an hour. An entire 24 hrs later and I have no email confirmation. I called again and STILL NO CANCELLATION. So now I have an item that is “delayed” with NO SHIPMENT DATE that’s a Christmas present and customer service reps that won’t cancel it for me so I can buy somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and purchase from another retailer. I usually don’t buy from Macy’s, and, after this, won’t again.

Leapfrog leapmove

So far it's a cute game. Bought it for a 2 year old. Only keeps his attention for a few minutes. Maybe when he gets a little older he'll be a bit more interested.

Incomplete Product

It’s okay, graphics are not the best. It comes with the cords but you have to purchase a power block to actually use it. It doesn’t come Included with the system. How companies are getting away with not selling a full product is beyond me. I really wanted to love this for my daughter but I’m not impressed. And she thinks it’s okay.

Macy’s, what happened?

I wish I could share my thoughts on the product but I haven’t received it yet. I placed my order on Oct. 30th/31st and it has been out for delivery in Philadelphia since November 3rd. Today is November 10th. No updates from USPS, and no updates from Macy’s. Calling Macy’s now.
