Purchased online, returned in store day after receiving. Very poor quality.

Did not receive the item to comment it.

I have placed two orders in the month of November and received partial delivery for both orders. My first order was actually placed on 11/01. I was missing a total of 6 items from my 15 items ordered, and missing 2 from 4 items ordered on 11/15 which gave delivery date for 11/20. I need these things to travel with on 11/24. I made sure I placed my items in a reasonable time to ensure delivery. The irony of it is I can’t even track them. When I click on the tracking # provided it says tracking not available. I asked for refund since obviously I won’t have them before I travel. I have had amazing shopping experiences with Macy’s but this is not acceptable. I am even scared to order anything on Black Friday. If deliveries can’t be made on normal days how much more on Black Friday when you will be overwhelmed with orders. Please kindly fix whatever glitch you are having with your shipment and tracking of orders. It is Frustrating!!
