A lot of fun

This set took our five year old two days to put together. It includes a truck, a crystal mining site, a space base, a launch pad, and a rocket ship. There is also a working crane and several other moving parts. He thoroughly enjoys it.

LEGO City Space Base and Rocket Launchpad Set

Upon arrival the Lego box was open and there were a few loose Legos. It's suppose to be a gift, so I don't know if anything is missing and I won't know until I give it to my grandson. Everything I've ever ordered from Macy's has been 5 stars, so this worries me. The box was open so far that I was able to slide my hand inside. It looks like a great set, so I hope everything is there!

Amazing Build!

This is a wonderful build for anyone who likes LEGO Space! You can attach other Space sets on to it using the airlock. My only problem with it is that the science room is a little to small and only contains a microscope but over all it is a great set.

Loved It!

I was pretty unsure about this set when I first bought it, but when I started building it, I loved it! I love the colors (especially the fancy orange color) and they all go well together! I love that you can take the crane off and have it separate from the base. I have a picture, sorry for the low quality.

Space base!

2024 was a great year for the Space theme. I’ve picked up most of the sets in the City Space and really enjoyed them. They are quite evolved from the ones I grew up with. I really like how substantial this set is and love there are so many moving bits and play features. As the largest set in the 2024 Space theme, I wish it would have more than one of the airlock pods, but on the plus side, I’m looking forward to connecting it to the Science Lab set I picked up earlier. The space suit equipment racks are a nice touch. Lego should try incorporating accessory storage in more of its sets I think (e.g., more clips, docking ports and storage boxes built into the sets). This is a great set guaranteed to keep someone busy for a while. I wish I just had more space for my Space Lego!
