Balsam Lane Tray

Tray is beautiful however the tray was not protectively wrapped and arrived broken. Calling for a replacement. I have purchased many other Balsam Lane holiday items and have been very pleased with the quality. 1 star rating due to piece being broken and the hassle of trying to get a replacement
