Shipping Less Than Desirable

The box with all three (3) dinnerware boxes inside arrived and appeared to be thrown together with plastic bubble wrap. The box containing the bowls and accent plates were broken. Thankfully the contents were fine but how do you give as gifts with broken boxes?

Buyer beware

This collection is beautiful but the packaging and shipping was HORRIBLE! Whoever packaged it - be it Lenox or Macy’s - put 1 pack of bowls and 1 pack of plates in a HUGE box with one strip of the big air-filled packs. The box arrived with a terrible clinking sound coming from the bowls - they were obliterated! Amazingly enough, the plates were not harmed. But when I tried returning the bowls they wouldn’t do an even exchange and just issued a gift card - but now they are more expensive. Terrible customer service, from top to bottom. But the plates themselves are beautiful, but if I can’t get a set, not worth it.

Buy on sale.

I love these bowls!! They’re oversized but that’s okay. I like the shape because soup doesn’t slosh over the sides easily and they’re great for a salad too. I bought them on sale because I think they’re overpriced otherwise.
