Undelivered Product

The product I ordered was not delivered to me. For some reason, the USPS sent it back to the Macy. I called Macy's customer service agent to resend the product back to me and he said yes but when I received an email that the product I ordered was returned. I am very very disappointed. I thought I made it clear to resend the product again. I have yet to wait for credit card statement if the transaction was credited. On top of that, I was never notified that the product was return to the sender.

Perfect

These plates are just cute! They are not perfectly flat, they have some texture, and the patterns are just so cute. We like them so much I had to buy more. Highly recommend!

Beautiful design but not great quality

I really like the design of this bowl so I bought 8 of them. However after use it for about a year, the gold rim discolored which makes me worry about my health of eating the pigment. I use it as almost daily and put them to dishwasher.

Nice design, but not worthy

The bowl design is very nice. And, I want a small bowl for desserts. But, compared to my beautiful Lennox Opal Innocence Carved dishes, these bowls are not worthy of Lennox.
