This was my second time ordering these the first ones I loved and they’re really nice and stackable however, these recent ones that I received were broken like somebody took the box and threw it up against the wall very disappointed

4 out of the 8 dishes arrived shattered. Customer service was polite and quick to send a new set, which also arrived with two broken pieces. Luckily, I was able to compile one complete set out of the two. Now I understand why the item was so deeply discounted. Points off for the disappointment and hassle, but points added for quick resolution and overall positive outcome.

Macys needs to up on its game on packaging. This is second time I’ve received broken dinnerware set. And I’d ordered total of three times only. Very disappointing. The set is a pretty set and expensive. But you didn’t do good job with packaging and had it broken.

I love the Lenox nesting set — this is my second set. The disappointment lies in how they were packaged for delivery. The Lenox box had been opened previously and the top set of bowls/dishes was not repacked to fit back into the Lenox box. The cover on the Lenox box could not close and no attempt had been made to seal the Lenox box. The open Lenox box was placed inside a larger Macy’s box with very minimal packing to ensure the Lenox box was secure inside the Macy’s box. The Macy’s box was not marked fragile. As soon as I picked the box up from the P.O. I heard the rattling inside. Because of the lack of proper packaging, the top set of bowls/dishes were loose and arrived in broken pieces.
