Bad communication
I ordered 3 Lenox items on 12/23/25. I received a text stating that my snow globe was canceled. I had also ordered two ornaments from Lennox. I tried several ways to get a telephone number so I could talk to someone and there is no way I could find a number I could call to see why they canceled my snow globe, very disappointed iwith customer service. Matter of fact, nonexistence of customer service doesn’t work at Macys.
Wonderful keepsake.
Very pretty!

More Beautiful in Person
My infant grandson loves Mickey Mouse, and I am sure this will make him happy. It is beautiful and will be on display year after year. Thank you, Lenox, for all the great items you produce.
