Check the shipping department.

2/3 of the chins I purchased arrived in shards. I have to wait several weeks for a refund. There was zero additional packing material in the shipping container. The china that wasn’t broken is pretty.

Great CS from Macys

The pattern is lovely. Plates are not too heavy, and it stacks well. Biggest problem was shipping. Absolutely no packaging coming direct from the vendor. Lenox does not know how to package breakable dishes? Four dinner plates were broken.

Broken broken broken

Ordered twice both times came shattered so sad! I don't think they are protected and packed well I even tried to the store and they were delivered to me broken! At the store!

The packaging is very nice. The design was lovely. I fell in love with them love that I had a flat plate, small plates and bowls very beautiful quality. Can’t wait to use them.

Absolutely love these dishes, especially the bowls! The perfect size for ice cream, cereal, fruit, etc! So versatile! Feels very sturdy that I even let my kids use them!

Stunning

These plates and bowls are absolutely gorgeous. I really love the wicker pattern on these. It gives a cozy country twist on a classic designed China set. The only reason I took off a star is concerns over durability of these plates. Unfortunately, one of the medium size plates arrived broken I’m curious how long these will last I love the fact that this brand has a warranty for the life of these plates with normal wear and tear
