Bowl arrived broken in pieces. It didn’t seems like there was enough bubble wrap to protect the product while shipping.
Wicker Creek
I purchased these cups as a Christmas gift, I didn’t inspect the box upon receipt. Just figured the box looked fine. When the present was opened, one cup had a chip on the rim. It was past the return date. I couldn’t return. I wrote it off as a lesson to check upon receipt. Unfortunately, two of the three remaining cups have cracked for no apparent reason. They weren’t handled poorly or put in the dishwasher or microwave. I’ve purchased Lennox products before but never experienced such poor quality. I’m very disappointed with these cups.
